Pack your own
Return items in the same condition as they were received, with labels intact and well packaged to avoid damage during transport.
Prepare and send your return
Download and print. Attach the return label and the proforma invoice to the top of the package. Secure them with adhesive tape, ensuring all information is visible.
Delivery to courier
Take the package to the nearest DHL collection point, which is listed on www.dhl.com.

Once the item has arrived in our warehouse and has been checked, we will issue the refund within 3 working days
