How to take measurements
Keep themeasuring tape horizontal to measure:
- The chest, wrap the tape around the widest part, just below the armpits.
- The waist, measure around the narrowest part, just above the navel.
- The hips, just below the waist, wrap the tape around the hips, making sure it passes over the center of the buttocks while keeping your feet together.
Keep the measuring tape vertical to measure:
4. The outer leg, from just above the hips to the ankle.
5. The height, from the top of the head to the floor, maintaining an
upright posture.
