Do I need to register in order to purchase?

Jaked.com features Smart Checkout technology, making your shopping process quick and easy. You won’t need to create an account — just place your first order, and the site will remember your details for future purchases.

How can I make the registration?

At the top right of the homepage, click on the 'My Account' icon and fill out the form for new customers. After registering, you will receive an email to confirm your account. Once confirmed, you will be able to proceed with your purchase.

How can I access my account?

At the top right of the homepage, click on the 'My Account' icon and enter your email address and password in the 'Login' field.

Can I change my information after registration?

Yes, you can change your information at any time. Log in and access your personal area and enter your new information.

Can I change my password?

For security reasons, we do not have access to our users' passwords. Click on forgotten password and you will receive a message with instructions to follow to securely create a new one.

How can I delete my account or unsubscribe from the newsletter?

To delete your account, please contact customer service by writing to support@jaked.com.

If you no longer wish to receive our newsletter, you’ll find an unsubscribe link at the bottom of our emails.

ORDERS

How can I place an order?

Click on the product you are interested in to view the product sheet, containing detailed information about the item. Then, to place your order, click on "Buy Now." You can also add the product to the shopping cart directly from the menu by clicking on the relevant icon that appears on the image. Proceed to checkout and enter your billing and shipping addresses. Select the payment method and review and confirm your order. Once payment is made, your order will be placed.

How can I know if my order has been entered correctly?

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to inform you that your order has been received. You can find this on the order page by entering your reference information. You can also access your order history from your account.

I got an error message during order entry, what can I do?

You can capture a screen-shot of the page where the error occurred or copy the error message and send it to support@jaked.com for further assistance.

How can I view my order?

To view your order information and history, log in to your account and go to your orders in your personal area. Select your order number and click to view.

How can I activate a promotional code?

Once you have added the affected products to your cart, you can add the promo code at checkout. If the promo code does not work, please verify that it is still valid and not outdated and refer to the Terms and Conditions. If you need further assistance, you can contact us at support@jaked.com.

Can I use more than one promo code for the same order?

Unfortunately, only one promotional code can be used per order. Promotion codes cannot be combined.

Can I change or cancel an order?

You can change or cancel the order until confirmation of receipt of payment. Once payment is received, you can no longer change or cancel your order. This includes changing the size or color, removing or adding items, changing the billing address, and changing the payment method.

What payment methods do you accept?

Jaked.com accepts the following forms of payment:
- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and PostePay)
- PayPal
- Satispay
Payment must be made when ordering online or cash on delivery directly to the courier at the time of delivery of the package.

In what currency are payments accepted?

Payments are accepted in euros only.

Is the payment secure?

Jaked guarantees Customers maximum security thanks to the most widely used encryption solution in the market. In fact, by clicking on the bank card held, the Customer will be directed to the supervised payment site of the company Adyen that implements the SSL security standard. As part of the fight against fraud, Jaked uses 3D Secure payment for orders paid with Visa and MasterCard cards. 3D Secure (also called Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode) is a payment system through authentication that allows to reinforce security during purchases made online.
Payments are accepted only in euros.

How is my personal data processed and stored?

All transactions are processed in a secure manner ensuring Jaked.com's Customers that their data is as secure as possible. The financial information of the Customer purchasing on the Jaked.com website (credit card number, credit card expiration date and other personal information) will be processed exclusively by Adyen and will never come into the possession and/or knowledge of Jaked.com. All pertinent information submitted by our customers will be kept secure and confidential. Only limited and authorized personnel have the right to access this information. My payment was not successfully accepted, what can I do?

You can try again and enter the correct information such as login details, card number, expiration date, etc. If the problem persists, you can contact your bank or try an alternative payment method. If you need further assistance, please contact us at support@jaked.com.

Are the prices of the products on the site inclusive of VAT? How can I receive an invoice?

Yes, all product prices on the site include VAT.
To receive an invoice, you can check the "I want an invoice" box during checkout. A tab will open where you can enter your billing information.

SHIPPING

How quickly will I receive my order? How can I track my order?

Delivery is approximately within 3-5 business days after pickup in most Italian locations and within 3-5 business days, beyond that of pickup, in Europe (for some ZIP codes in Norway and Portugal 5-7 days beyond that of pickup).
Following the shipment of your order you will receive a message and/or a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking code with which you can check and/or reschedule your shipment.

Where does Jaked.com ship to?

Jaked.com ships to Europe (excluding the Canary Islands and the Azores) and to the USA.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination country, ZIP code, and total shipment weight.

Jaked.com offers free shipping for all orders delivered to Italy starting from a minimum purchase of €79.90.

Are customs fees included in the price?

No, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the destination country and the information provided by the courier at the time of delivery.

Can I choose when to receive my order?

As soon as your package is given to the carrier, and/or on the day the package is to be delivered, you will receive an email and/or text message notification stating the date (or time range) of expected delivery. If you will not be available for delivery, you may choose to change the delivery date.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes, following the shipment of your order you will receive a message and/or a confirmation e-mail containing your tracking code with which you can reschedule your shipment. You can change the delivery address by choosing from the following options:
- delivery to another address
- pickup at a Post Office, Post Office Point, or Locker
- delivery to a neighbor or doorman
- delivery to a secure location
- have the shipment placed in storage when you are on vacation

What happens if I am not present at the time of delivery?

In case of an absent recipient, the service ensures two automatic delivery attempts. In case of non-delivery on the first attempt, the courier will leave a notice informing the recipient that a second delivery attempt will be made on the next business day. If the recipient is also absent on the second attempt, a notice is left in the mailbox with the references of the post office where the recipient can pick up his or her package on the next 10 working days, including Saturdays.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Unfortunately, this type of service is not yet active.

I haven't received my order yet, what can I do?

If you have not received your order after the expected delivery date, please keep track of your order to verify shipment. You can contact us at support@jaked.com for further assistance.

If my order is cancelled, how will I be refunded?

You will be reimbursed by payment of the amount of the item using the same payment method you used to purchase the item. The refund due will be made by credit to credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) PayPal credit (if the order was paid by PayPal) or bank transfer.

Where will my order be shipped from?

All orders are shipped from our logistics center in Italy. For deliveries within Italy, we use SDA/Poste Italiane as the courier. Orders to foreign countries are shipped with DHL Express.

RETURNS

How can I return one or more items?

The return must be made at the customer's expense and responsibility within 14 days of delivery, and only if the returned items are intact and unused. To send one or more returns to Jaked.com, the customer must comply with specific conditions listed in the 'Returns and Refunds' section. The customer must follow the instructions provided in the QR code attached to the shipment, or contact customer support at support@jaked.com for further details.

Can I request a replacement?

Currently, we do not offer a size or item exchange service. You can proceed with the return and place a new order on the Jaked.com website for the desired item.

When will I receive my refund?

Once the return is received at our logistics center, the processing of the return and the related refund may take up to 14 days. When the return is accepted, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used during the purchase.

Are shipping costs refunded?

In case of return, the amount relating to shipping costs is retained to cover the costs of the return.

Can I return a purchase if I purchased from a Jaked retailer or another site?

Jaked.com only offers returns on orders placed on jaked.com. If purchasing from resellers or other stores, we recommend contacting your seller for assistance.

Can I modify or cancel a return request already submitted?

The return request can be cancelled by contacting our customer service at support@jaked.com .

JAKED TRIBE

What is Jaked Tribe?

It is a loyalty program that rewards you with Drop Points for every purchase of items made in physical stores under the Jaked brand or on the jaked.com website, reserving you access to exclusive discounts and benefits.

How can I enroll in the program?

How do I download the app?

Where can I collect Drop Points?

How many drop points do I get for each purchase?

You earn 1 Goccia Point for every €1 spent (VAT included), excluding gift cards and shipping costs.

What are the program statuses and what do they offer?

STYLE SEEKER (up to 299 points): flat 5% discount, free shipping with standard threshold.

GAME INSIDER (300–599 points): flat 10% discount, free shipping from €49.90.

TREND SETTER (600+ points): flat 15% discount, always free shipping.

Where can I check my points balance?

You can view your balance by accessing your personal area on the jaked.com website, or by accessing via the App.

Can I earn points even if I purchase as a guest?

No, points are only accumulated if you are registered and logged into your account at the time of purchase.

What happens if I return something? Do I lose my points?

Yes, the points earned from the returned purchase will be automatically deducted from your balance.

Can points be combined with other discount codes or promotions?

Drop points cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or promotions in progress on the Jaked website or physical stores.

GIFT CARD

Where can I buy a Jaked Gift Card?

You can purchase it at a participating Jaked store or online at jaked.com.

In-store, the gift card is delivered physically; online, it is sent via email to the address indicated during purchase.

Jaked Gift Cards are immediately active and can be used online or in store by presenting the email received.

Does the Jaked Gift Card have an expiration date?

Yes, it is valid for 12 months from the date of activation (i.e. from the date of purchase).

Can I use a Jaked Gift Card for multiple purchases?

Yes, the Gift Card is divisible: it can be used on multiple orders until the available credit runs out.

What happens if the purchase value is more than the Gift Card credit?

The difference can be paid with one of the other payment methods accepted by Jaked, both online and in-store.

How does the refund work in case of return of an order paid with a Gift Card?
  • If the order was paid for only with a Gift Card, the amount will be refunded to the same Gift Card.
  • If you used both a Gift Card and a credit card, the refund will be made to the card for the corresponding portion.
